New Music Monday - Rosi Golan

Last week we introduced you to New Music Monday, bringing you more of the artists we like through the fan sites you love. On Friday, each site gave away a cd and a very lucky follower even won tickets to Greg's upcoming show at Hotel Cafe!

This week's artist is the incredibly talented Rosi Golan.

From her official Bio...
Rosi Golan is an Israeli born singer songwriter who has made many stops in her travels, including Germany, Paris and finally ending up in Los Angeles at the age of nine. During her travels, she not only managed to hone her infectiously melodic songwriting, but also learned to speak five languages: French, Hungarian, German, Hebrew and English.
Rosi is indeed a long way from home, but certainly in the right place to showcase her unique talent for rich, dark melodies and a voice that not only draws you in, but still haunts you the next day.
Those talents are on full display with her Marshall Altman produced debut CD, The Drifter and the Gypsy. The 11‐song record has already yielded 13 placements, most recently her song “Think Of Me” in the new Nicholas Sparks (The Notebook) film “Dear John, directed by Lasse Halstrom (Cider House Rules, Chocolat). She has also had songs on such shows as One Tree Hill, Private Practice, Doll House, Biggest Loser and Ghost Whisperer. Her song “Shine” is the anthem for the international Pantene campaign and “C’est L’amour” is currently licensed to Chicco Clothing and Stroili Oro with ads in Italy, Portugal and Switzerland.
You can listen to Rosi's beautiful music and learn more about her and her current tour by visiting her myspace page. You can also keep up with her on twitter here.

By the time prizes are announced on Friday, you'll have fallen in love with Rosi Golan's music. Make sure you are following @EyesofAmberBlog, @SAMAMGlobal, @myRobertPattinson, @ShackofSoul and @LandofDreamers on twitter for all the giveaway information and the most chances to win!
